I am fine in Vietnam dudesssss. But life here is gonna be tough and absolutely different. Hong Kong people are really prefectly taken care by god.

Today, I found sth to share with all my dear fds, it is easier for us to travel..

Today, I found there is a girl from Polland in the house I am living in.
I was told that the hosts of this house are members of Coach Surfing. (One of them is my fd so that I can stay here for 2 months and I am not coming through Coach Surfing)
Coach Surfing is a network worldwide to provide a platform for explorers to have housing and companies for a few days free of charge. That is even easier than backpacking tours and more meaningful as you can have nice friends. Fds, please browse it if you wanna stay oversesas for a few days

Also, last night, I went clubbing in the hotel I worked for last christmas. We were so lucky. We got 5-6 bottles of Johnny Wallker free of charge by playing some funny games.
Still, 2 of my fds got a free trip to Singapore to watch Formula 1, which is worth 14,000USD.

14,000USD!!!I am thinking it means a big difference to my local Vietnamese fds. They get only 300 USD a month, but now.......around the salary for 4 years................. One of them even never goes out of Vietnam. What a big gift the god has given them. I am so happy to see that. Maybe this is the best luck in their life. OF coz, I hope not. I can see their happiness and I can see sth else too in their eyes and smiles.

On the other hand, in Vietnam, 14,000USD can help a lot of people already. So, what do you think?

For my job, I have been working for 3 days. I got nothing serious to do. But what is different between a big office and a small office is that it is so causal in HCMC office. The whole bank here is only 100 staff I think. That is good to me. In this three days, they already brought me to meet clients. I dont speak Vietnamese and I dont know about the clients, it is alsolutely NO WAY in the Hong Kong office. But clients are nice, in the meeting, we just sat in Sofa, the woman was scratching her toe, just funny and causal, my supervisor translated to me. WOO,, They were actually talking about a $ 4.5 Mil USD deal.   WTF. 

Nex week, I will even be transferred to the Fixed income, Foreign exhange and Commodity team for a week. They said they want me to rotate to each department. It  is also No Way in Hong Kong office. Here I can see more though not in depth. 

So, as for the job and fun, I am doing fine here. However, I find it hard to live here without a motor bike and money

( When Woodrow Wilson couldn't give back birth place of Confucius back to us, but he did bought a ticket for the Famine Relief Ball for us.)

So, we tried Communism, you hated us for being Communists.

When we embrace Capitalism, you hate us for being Capitalist.

When we have a billion people, you said we were destroying the planet.

When we are tried limited our numbers, you said it was human rights abuse.

When we were poor, you think we are dogs.

When we loan you cash, you blame us for your debts.

When we build our industries, you called us polluters.

When we sell you goods, you blame us for global warming.

When we buy oil, you called that exploitation and genocide.

When you fight for oil, you called that liberation.

When we were lost in chaos and rampage, you wanted rules of law for us.

When we uphold law and order against violence, you called that violating human rights.

When we were silent, you said you want us to have free speech.

When we were silent no more, you say we were brainwashed-xenophoics.

"Why do you hate us so much?" we asked.

"No," you answered, "we don't hate you.".

We don't hate you either,

But do you understand us?

"Of course we do," you said,

"We have AFP, CNN and BBCs...".

What do you really want from us?

Think hard first, then answer...

Because you only get so many chances,

Enough is enough, enough hypocrisy for this one world.

This semester would be the most unique one i believe. Determined to spend all time on studies due to no one being around with. Milee's gone. Where are u Mini Milee. I told my mum I miss you but she responded "but you always bully her"..

Yes, that's true. no one to bully makes me.......I am really desperate MENTALLY. who can help. 

To take a MACRO view for my half gone U life. My result really matches my practice, at least so far. That is, I keep improving. it gives me some hope. 

Just now, I was applying for Lehman. I am still so worried about my future. Despite the certainty in the interest, I am not sure whether I can really survive in the investment sector even if the chance comes. 90% of my application would be dumped. I always keep asking myself and seniors how and what i can do to get some advantages over the others since I have already lost in the academic result. really grey.


it's been a while I havent made a review for my short term goal. what should I do in the coming U life?.   

Buddies....I Hope I am not that bad. even though so far I still like hku. I would have to say hku sucks....exchange subsidy and internship opportunity are much more in other Uuniversities. I am confident to say I am not crap, at least compared to them.
